Those are REAL breaks. I'm tired of seeing people break paper thin boards. These are nice strong breaks. Good job.

The reason for the board breaks is to demonstrate the power of ur kicks and punches. If you dont focus and follow through, there will be no success in breaking a board. The same for cement slabs

Great job.. nice board breaking :) however I've never really got the whole wood breaking thing?? as a wise man once said baords dont hit back :D still great though.

great job. at my martial arts we break boards with our strongest kicks yet here i saw you use some weaker ones and still break them. excellent job
