Favreau is high if he thinks there isn't a double standard with regards to leading roles by gender in Hollywood. Men are are quite often given leading roles well into their 40's. Look at Clooney, and Owen, Willis and Penn for example. And then their costarring women are like 18 lol.

@NirvanaFan4Life I see your point, but for every 1 actress over 40 you can name who's doing well there's 1 who fell off. Sigourney Weaver, Michelle Pfiffer, Melanie Griffith, Annette Benning, & Sharon Stone were surefire box office hits in their 20s & 30s. Now that they're north of 40, they mainly get supporting roles if anything. Meanwhile, Bruce Willis, George Clooney, Brad Pitt, & even Clint Eastwood still get top billing on every film they're in.
