is everyone expected to have colorguard experience before they try out?

those routines are pretty difficult!

oh heavens no! we look at how well they catch on to the basics and how hard they work. those ended up not being the audition peaces the rifle and flag were harder and there was no dance.

if we had auditions like that my first season, i definately would not have made it in.
