Yeah I think he is in the last expansion, missions on Hoth. Not sure though, but I think he is.

how do u getall the costumes then i mean for xbox 360 like it says which is wrong cause there all the one you can get on the wii version

Again, you download the Jedi Temple Addon for the Xbox 360. I do not own a Wii, so I cannot help you if you own a Wii. Download the Addon for the Xbox 360 on Xbox Live Marketplace, and you will have these costumes. Nothing difficult at all.
