When we finally discover what existed before the big bang, those arab worshiping Christians will come up with something else which we haven't yet answered and say "Well god did THAT then" .. and thus the argument goes on and on.

I'd believe in the theoriy of Macro Ev. if it didn't take SO MUCH FAITH IN THEIR THEORIES!!!!!
-
@brettppalmer and none of it has anything to do with Gen 1 v1-2 which talks about the creation of earth, no concept of galaxy or universe.
To allege this stuff refers to the big bang, when the bible displays ignorance of the nature of stars is pathetic clutching at straws, thnx for the vid, finished watching your giant series last night.

@baqashchokmahelel See? You're just another asshole who comments only to stir the pot. Get lost.
-
@CbandMaster Well that comment was for Brett who is neither a bible scholar nor a
scientist.
But hey who better to learn about religion from someone who doesn't include it their life, eh? lol

@baqashchokmahelel " you present it as you do to suit your needs "
Hey, thanks for summing up how religious nuts & Creatards view religion !!
why complicate the bible god said it and it was so he diddnt have to wait for these things to come into place all he had to do is say it god does not need science to do his work science is just the gears of his creation to keep it going

@mazoric No. Science is a tool that helps us reveal, understand and explain reality. What science has taught us about the world and it's history is at odds with the story from Genesis. That means the story from Genesis does not reflect reality. It's not the case that God doesn't need science, it's the fact that science doesn't need God.

The late Doc really should of stuck to his expertise. But even if he was right in his interpretation of light predating stars, I its a stretch to suggest genesis was referring to this.
I doubt the late doc's expertise in his chosen field as well. Was he an academic or bad apologist

@kommissarw I've continued to research the idea that light existed at the Big Bang and I continue to get conflicting reports. The latest report I have is that light did indeed exist at the BB, but it wasn't something that "separated" the darkness. In fact, it was the "glow" of radiation which eventually faded into the Universe's "Dark Ages" which preceded the formation of the first stars and then, the first visible light. I may do an update video on this once I think I have better understanding.
