So I started getting "mysterious" chest pains after smoking weed. That's why I stopped. My heart felt as if it were popping out of my chest.
I heard that this happens if you take in too much caffeine, or other chemicals that increase blood pressure. Coffee was a linchpin in my daily routine. So was stress, incidentally.
The point is, I couldn't relax when getting high because I'd feel pressure in my chest. Maybe it was psychological. Anybody have any wisdom to share to help me out?
