P90X Pull Ups with a Resistance Band

http://GetUpGetFitNow.com or http://500Calories.net is our blog. Here is a demonstration of P90X pull-ups using a resistance band at home. We don't use a door we use our stairs. We use a very strong band for this and of course not all bands and stairs are good for this. Do this at your own risk. I haven't tried it yet but i'm gonna wrap my bands around one of my cross beams in the garage or perhaps a pipe running through the rafters in the garage, you think that's a good idea?

@xquickstrykex in the videos they hang all of they bands from pipes, but i assuming they are reinforced. If i did it I would have a strong band I trust and a reinforced pipe that does not contain water pressure

I just brought lifeline yesterday but i have the handles with the three band holes so when the weight get easy i can just add on. handles were 11$ and the bands vary according to which weight you get. Sports Authority
