Splash Hill Zone Act 2 16 bit Remix

My fourth remix using Fl Studio and RecFreeMedia's Ultimate Megadrive/Genesis Soundfont. When I uploaded Act 1, I intended to begin Act 2 fairly soon but my motherboard decided to kick the bucket, so I had to wait a few weeks to get it looked at/fixed. As usual any and all criticism is welcome.
