Just one huge lie out of hundreds in this speach....Jimmy Carter did NOT advise Arafat to not sign a Taba agreement. Dershowitz has tried to sling this crap since Carter said in his book that the Taba agreement could not have been agreed to, that it was so on Israels favour. He seeks to discredit Carter in a bullshit aside among hundreds in this speach.

Also at around the 24 minute mark he refers to a "Lord Carrington" who was supposedly involved in UN resolution 242, which Dershowitz claims to have a small role in. The problem is that it was Lord Caradon. You'd think that somebody who was involved in the drafting of the resolution, and has written a couple of books on the topic, would be able to remember as elementary a fact as that.

And he repeats that mistake in his Democracy Now! debate with Norman Finkelstein, as Finkelstein points out.
