I have been listening to this masterpiece since 1983. I always wanted to see the faces behind the music

Nice backstory to a song that I have LOVED for 30 YEARS!
Play on, boys, play on.....
-
I'm actually a little bit better than this.

Great video. Get's good at 6:30 mark. Any person wanting to be a musician, they should watch this video.

"Until we got through 3 or 4...5 players"
"6. 6 players. 6 or 7."
"6,7,8 players".

Could anyone tell me how Chuck gets such a mellow, blended slapping tone? Whenever I slap it's much louder and harsher than fingerstyle and I can't seem to play this song with the sound that was intended.

morotta is a fuckin genius. There's hundreds of drummers trying to play peg on here, including me, and no-one will ever come close to being so damn funky and looking so relaxed at the same time. Weckl et al could do with watching this vid, MAAAANNN this guy GROOVES!!!!!

IT MAKES NO SENSE TO BE THAT TALENTED!

Thanks for the info. I didn't really know where it was from, just found it interesting. But since AJA is such a great album, it might be worth checking out.

Awesome! Was this just done as a special for "Peg" or do you have more clips available like this?

There are many others like this. I know I saw one for BLACK COW. I just searched Google and other sites and found this. Since PEG has always been a particular favorite (particularly bass lines and McDonald back-up vocals), I thought I would post this.
