@HKichen It is the instructions given to all the counting agents representing both parties. No one can object because the officers from the Election Department have the authority.

@yaoxing76 That's cannot be true as there is always an opposition party member who foresees the counting of votes. Hence, the opposition would have objected and disallow it to be considered a valid vote.

@HKichen Yes, according to a friend who volunteered as a counting agent in Marine Parade GRC. He said all counting agents were told to take those votes as valid votes for whichever party the symbols were drawn. Please spread the word around, tell people don't draw frowns in PAP box because it can be taken as a vote for that party.

why do i feel that Mr. Chiam See Tong doesn't get enough respect from the people in the parliament ? i am really upset. and i feel that no one takes him seriously. Chiam See Tong all the way. Look at his efforts. Even at 76, he is still fighting for his rights. He is truly a man to look up to. Bless his heart.
