Okay at the end of "Dark Awakening" Before primes ship exploded you can see optimus primes face and body are all ruined and falling apart but why is his face and body fine at the beginning of this episode?

@omzi79 In "Dark Awakening", the Quintessons raided the Autobot mausoleum, stolen Optimus Prime's body, and resurrected him as a zombie. He was programmed to lead the Autobots into a trap, but broke free of the programming and warned off the other Autobots. He set course for the trap, to spring it himself.
