  • What carbs are those??

  • @fordv8man I believe they were Carter Side draft YH carburetors. The turbocharged Corvair in the early ‘60’s also used a version of this carburetor, and the big Nash six used it in the mid 1950’s as well.

  • My Dream Car !!! (this and a miura) would trade every lambo, ferrari, porsche in the world for it!!

  • These 235's sound like one loooooooooooong fart when they run with a split manifold and open mufflers! I hate the sound of any 6 cyl engine.. but v-6's def sound the gayest of them all. V-8 exhaust sound cannot be beat!

  • Our family once had an old rough looking violen that had the most strange sound. It had the name STRATAVARIOUS on the inside... so we figured it was no-good and burned it in the fireplace for heat. Was that a bad idea?

  • @Lindawatcher YES I DID! I also had a Delorian that I sent out and had 458 stainless steel ashtrays out of. My Dad had a split-window Vette that he did not like (Rear Visual obstruction).. so he took a saws-all and cut that damn middle post out of the way and placed a piece of plexi-glass in it's place, Was that a bad idea too?

  • @Lindawatcher no you didn't, shut the fuck up and kill yourself

  • OMG!! I really messed up I guess!?? I had one in the garage of my house that I moved to last year. I thought it was ugly and sold it to a junk yard for 195 dollars- thay then crushed it!! OMG!!!

  • @HagertyKnowsClassics Not to mention 4 speed manual and top speed of 260 km/h.

  • @HagertyKnowsClassics Hehe, this is the time were i precise that Mercedes-Benz had direct injection and 212 horses on crank in '54 and only with a 3 liter six.
