I first experienced the Kundalini rising at the age of 18. In FACT it feels precisely like 2 snakes swiming up your spine & as they pass through each of your neural plexi (chakras), each of those ganglia explode in pleasant sensation to the rhythm of your heartbeat. Once the "snakes" have reached the crown, the effect is so powerful that your 7 centers will litterally throb in ecstacy for at LEAST 1 or 2 hours. You will never be merely human again.

Since last one year some vibrations started coming up in my body, as mentioned Kundalini rising. It is amazing. Now only from this site, I understand something better about it. Trying Kundalini without Guru is not that harmful..

Kundalini is itself a guru.. It guids the disciple by herself..

This is amazing stuff. I got a copy of the full video on Amazon. If you can't afford the twelve bucks, buy a used copy or find someone who has a copy of it and borrow it til you know the moves.... most of which are done w/ the eyes closed.

Since when did women start wearing turbans? Awakening Kundalini is not kid stuff meant for everyone. One mistake and you could regret doing it for rest of the life.
