@pepsibreak1000 ...The environmentalists and Australian greens are to blame for why so many homes have been flooded, if there were more dams, big dams, alot of this would have been avoided.

The floods are bad, but it's funny, the eco-activists in the Australian media are not mentioning the 'wet season' in Qld, they refuse to use the term. When this is really what it is.
l think there is going to be a huge sale of homes go on the market in the next 6 months, looks like many will give up and come down south.

i was in those floods goin up to cairns they were every where there was a roadtrain tipped over out near alpha and tanker near Queensland border and it was almost over the bridge at miles and there was heaps of floods around tara but after miles it was good

What I found amazing was they were both happening at the same time - Victoria Bushfires & Queensland Floods. But i did discover when the fires were on the floods were forgotten and still are.

only if there was a way to pick up all the flood water and drop it on victoria..... if only

Very sad..Melbourne and Geelong needed rain. Queensland getting to much, Victoria losing so much to fires.. Terrible. My prayers are with them all. Thanks for the info on this...(5*) Sherry
