An amazing metabolic workout that also focuses on strength training. One of my favorite training techniques, especially when I"m short on time. I usually do 5 minutes worth of pure fat blasting chains and then I'll pick out two opposing muscle groups to blast for strength. Usually the push up and the neo row. Have fun!
