1 brown onion, finely chopped
1 cup bacon, fat removed roughly chopped
1 red capsicum, deseeded, roughly chopped
5 eggs, at room temperature
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup self-raising flour
1 cup grated tasty cheese
