3.31.10 update. I have been eating...and sometimes I eat too much and to the point where I feel uncomfortable and my stomach feels like its stretching. I can't stand it & sometimes it's unbearable. I want to give up and stop trying, but I know I can't. I hit the highs and the lows...

Try eating until you don't feel hungry, not until your stomach feels tight. I was just reading about this, eating until your stomach is full will make you feel sick. We are suppose only eat until we don't feel hungry and don't feel full. I hope this helps

I know this was a while ago but...i cannot BELIEVE how insensitive and cruel some people can be. Yes, it's all in the head, it's how we feel. But that's precisley it; we FEEL fat. And that alone will give us a SKEWED body image. I have an eating disorder, and know this all too well. There is a line between someone simply complaining about being fat for attention and someone who counts calories, starves, binges, purges and exercises for hours on end.
