'Nuff said. Besides, it wouldn't be the first time a gay relationship has been in MGS. Just look at Raiden's official bio - he is OFFICIALLY homosexual.
And seeing a homosexual relationship is not any less mature than seeing a heterosexual relationship, so I just don't even know where you're going with that one.

Somehow, two hypotheses are clashing inside my brain;
Hypothesis 1 : Otacon is in love with Snake (OtaSune for the win!);
Hypothesis 2 : Otacon was in love with Sniper Wolf, but ever since she died, he tried to seek advice upon the man whom he considers as his 'big brother', resulting into this cutscene.
Tell me what is your favorite hypothesis! ^o^

Why would Otacon need that stealth... wouldn't it have been more useful if given to Snake? HE's the one who has to sneak around and kill stuff/blow shit up.
