LBJ was a bipolar maniac.
-
Bobby was so much more accessible as a human and politcian, than JFK. He felt things in a way that his brother never did.

I think RFK was very corageous because he knew that LBJ, Hoover and the rest would never let him live, but finally he ran anyway.

Nope. Gotta disagree. Yes, JFK "felt" because all humans feel, but, JFK was always very cool and detached. He never would have come close to Bobby's kind of passion and depth of feeling over particular issues. He NEVER would have counted on a bunch of poor people/minorities to secure his political fortune. The sad thing is, if JFK doesn't die, RFK would never have had the excuse or opportunity to mine those feelings in himself that he did.

I've so enjoyed this series!
I see what you are saying mafaldacrumbwitty, however they were different men. Both of them felt, Bobby just allowed himself to express it. Jack Kennedy was very controlled.
