http://www.tscHeartofaChampionProgram.com/ Be a Fit Fast and Strong All-Natural Athlete.

Chris Krueger discusses some basic elements of proper form to train the deltoids, grip strength and core stability, core strength, with dumbbell side raises. So that you can transform you body and life your best life possible. It's important for all of us to reach and strive for our true potential. We should be fit, fast, and strong, natural athletes. We should look, feel and be our best. Part of that is using proper form so that we can safely train our bodies and get results as quickly as possible.

I strongly encourage everyone to go outside and play. Run, jump, and have fun. Life is to short to spend it inside watching reality tv and eating microwave pizza rolls. Challenge yourself with new activities and push yourself to be your best. And watch my vlog, Transformation Truth

If you set goals to be fitter, faster, and stronger and pursue them with the Heart of a Champion, everything else will naturally fall into place (like getting ripped abs and buff arms). Be your best.

Best,
CK

  • what do you usualy do before u start lifting wieghts and do these kinds of excersise? do you do stretching out , or any kind of worm up , such us running ?

  • @Traxexz I do an active dynamic warm-up that takes 10-15 mins. CK.

  • sets? reps?

  • @LuisTheWiser LOL, somebody will tell you 3 x 8. Just doing side raises is not going to change anything. You need a comprehensive approach to real training and real nutrition applied, witch focus, intensity and commitment. I suggest you click the link in the video info and make it happen.
