what do you usualy do before u start lifting wieghts and do these kinds of excersise? do you do stretching out , or any kind of worm up , such us running ?

@LuisTheWiser LOL, somebody will tell you 3 x 8. Just doing side raises is not going to change anything. You need a comprehensive approach to real training and real nutrition applied, witch focus, intensity and commitment. I suggest you click the link in the video info and make it happen.
