Tiger Lillies - New York City, Nov. 10, 2008 - Dribble (from 1995 CD Ad Nauseum).

The original video (New York City, Nov. 10, 2008) is from VNRose3. She have helped me in the translation. The start of the song is missing - but the video is great enough to be published, I think.

A special thank to the one who run the lights...

THE TIGER LILLIES DRIBBLE LYRICS

your legs ache, your back aches, you dribble down your chin.
your steps are like mountains and so you must begin,
to gasp and stagger, and dribble down your chin,
you dribble, you dribble, you dribble down your chin.
the faces, look at them, they all avert their eyes,
can't stomach, can't stomach, can't stomach your demise.
you gasp and you stagger, and dribble down your chin,
you dribble, you dribble, you dribble down your chin.

the faces, look at them, they all look away,
can't stomach, can't stomach, can't stomach your decay.
you gasp and you stagger, you dribble down your chin,
you dribble, you dribble, you dribble down your chin,
yeah ! hoy !.

and every time i see you, it gets it gets... (repeats)
it gets a little worse.

as they lead you, as they lead you (repeats)
lead you to your hearse.

  • This is the first time I know of that Martyn Jacques, who was influenced by chanson, has been translated into French. Congratulations to philipchek for the import! Good translation.
