How did they forget the vitamin D. I am putting together a video about calcium absorbtion and Citrate vs carbonate. Have you tried 1/2 slice of toast, NOTHING to drink 30 mins before or after? That is about all I can handle, Thanks for your input. You have to be the first person to ever admit that they wish they had open. Glad I had it, cleaned & repaired hernia from 20+ years ago.
I will be working on my results this week, hopefully and post findings asap. again thanks.

I'm not sure how they forgot, but we'll take care of that. I think that hernias are more impacting on our health than the surgeons lead us to believe. I'm really looking forward to your findings as well as the video on calcium absorption. Thanks for the tip on the toast. I'll give it a try.
