i agree....that little bit ain't gonna hurt a thing. i ws an IK mechanic, used the waterhose many many times to clean out around the guns (maintenance of which was also the IK mech's responsibility)

That little bit of water will be vapor way before it hits the smelt bed. No problem, just don't get caught.

I don't have a real problem with cleaning nozzles occasionally with a hose - if you're firing 1500 tDS/day @ 75% DS you're already firing more than 15 m3/h of water. BLRBAC would disagree of course...
