@darkUniverse1324333 Although it would have been hilarious if Mary had sung about her mother beating her to cap off an excruciating exhibition of her musical talent, the lyrics of the second song are actually “My mother bids me bind my hair with bands of rosy hue".

And was mary's singing supposed to be horrible or something? It wasn't too bad I thought, though I get that the second song about her mother beating her was pretty scandalous xD love mr. Bennet's reactions!
