Rock Breaking

Bustin' some rocks. The first rock is a big bastard that we've been working on for about week, it just won't budge. The second one goes nicely though.


EDIT: After several months of hitting that first rock, I came in one day to find it broken. Damn. My dad broke it while I wasn't there

Meh, I prefer the shuto. They are essentially the same blow in this situation, but with the shuto I am removing my fingers from the equation. I occasionally do it with a hammerfist though; I think it just may be a preference thing.
