Well, if he hadn't had acromegaly, he'd probably still be alive. Plus he would have had average, but still very attractive facial features. Even with his acromegaly, he was a fairly handsome man.

You did a very good job with this. The jaw elongation (in the masseter) from growth hormone is evident in any of the elite bodybuilders (and most world-class sprinters). Andre's face would have been a bit narrower though, and the tip of his nose might have been higher still (and more defined). Amazing effort though. Thanks.
