One of the most powerful lyrics ever written. Plenty of grammatical errors there, but yet so powerful.

It cracks me up every time.

Especially tonight.

This girl I just met, a gorgeous girl who kept lurking around me, full of smile, admitted earlier today she had a boyfriend.

Yes, i agree! This song SOS and Our Last Summer are three great songs of love and great favs of mine. So differents but so beautifuls.This is the most sad with the end of the love on the couples but give alwais emotions to hear it. Thanks!

Benny and Bjorn drew from the machinations of J.R. and Sue Ellen. Chinese was the favorite food of Dallas character Cliff Barnes. Marilyn French was a women's novelist.

Claxi13 is mistaken, the visitors is from nov 1981. A year later they returned to the studio for new songs, and recorded a few new songs in summer 1982. They broke up before finishing a new album however, so the few new songs were added to the 'singles' album.

Later CD reissues add this song and Cassandra to the Visitors CD as bonus tracks, maybe that confused you.
