  • This is fish cruelty..... he can only swim in circels, there is no heater, so the water is to cold, there is no filter so there in nitrate in your water wich is deadly for fish and there is no airpump so he doens't get enough air.

You wouldn't like it if You had to live in a basement without light or fresh air.

  • Please get a bigger tank- at least 2 gallons.

  • bettas can actual live in tht tiny cup for a year or less but it makes them get full of stress and if you want them to live even longer up to 5 years i suggest getting a bigger tank which makes them happier (less stress), some plants for them to sleep in a filter, a heater, and a female betta for him and her to breed if u want if so u need a 5 to 10 gallon tank

  • Pls. At least give it a 2.5 gallon tank

  • I know betta's can create their own air bubbles... But with the nitrate level in the water it's like breathing pure pollution's. Like stikking your nose in a cars exhaust while it's on! I have a Betta on my own. He's got a 45 gallon tank, a heater, airpump, and plant's to hide in and make a nest with his female. Betta's are shy fish, this one can't hide anywhere, thus creating stress.........

  • @nikita1angel Betta fish can create their own air bubbles.. You need to calm down.

  • your fish is not dead; but soon will be.

  • please at leat get 4 gallons

  • I think you mean well with your fish...but those tiny betta bowls are in no means appropriate for a betta.. You should get him a 2 to 5 gallon tank max.. Imagine spending your life, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in your closet. With just enough room to walk in a small circle-- thats pretty much what those betta bowls are to the poor fish who get stuck living their lives in them. If you cant afford a tank you can get a 2-3 gallon fish bowl that'd be much better than that lil bowl.
