    We still make videos from time to time -- it's just that our lives have gotten so crazy I often time don't have time to do more than take our step by step pictures. We still update our blog weekly with new hairstyles - just not always with videos. Sorry to disappoint!

    So is it pretty much making a french braid but using 2 strands? I just don't really understand how to do the twist though. /: I know how to french braid it but its hard using 2 strands D:

    I guess technically I don't "twist" the hair - you are just passing one section over the other as you add hair. I know some people actually do twist it though when doing this. Yes, it's kind of like a French braid because you're adding hair as you go. hth

    Sure! Whatever works best for you. I think if I were to try use a rubber band my twist would come undone - but that's just my fingers that don't always do what I want! Go for it though. You can always use 2 bobby pins to form an X to keep your twist in place as well. hth

    This is awesome for "too short" bangs, or that awkward growing out phase. I do this a lot, or French braid my entire front hair line like a head band. :) but I must admit your twist looks way better than mine!!
