  • And out of curiosity, why WOULDN'T you say uranium? What other metal do you know that starts with a U? The fact that this woman is a far better player than you does not mean it was rigged. It just means that you are not good at Password.

  • wow, not only is she rich.

but she was a great player. she got eight in a row with one clue each

  • That was a good one! Next...

  • @Peachfanclub The other guy that won $55,000 turned out to be a wanted fugitive.

  • @Tubewings The same day Vicki Lawrence cussed out the judge on "The $100,000 Pyramid." :-)

  • what do u mean legally?

  • @Dodgerfn5 Janis also appeared in Season 3 of Charlie's Angels entitled Angels Ahoy and she was one of the stowaways which shocked Bosley

  • I remember a player named Jack Archer who won a $65,000 jackpot on this show. Unfortunately for him, someone recognized him as a wanted felon.

  • Didn't Janis Paige also appear as Gloria Unger as Tony Randall's TV ex-wife in the Odd Couple? If that's her, my she got old.

  • I wonder how much of the winnings the IRS stole

  • @knickknack07 I think the reason for that is because most people misinterpret Uranium not to be a metal, only because they expect it to be a liquid (when being enriched for nuclear weapons). I can't think of any metal that starts with a U. So I agree with you completely. Just most people don't see it as a metal.

  • This win happened on April 1, 1986.

    Seriously.
