The police can do whatever they want. There's no way any of them have EVER done ANYTHING wrong. Police are our lawmakers and so if a police officer decides to "break a law" he or she is just writing a new one. I don't see why people claim "brutality" or try and sue them after they beat them. We all knew what the police were made for back when they first went around forcing people to join the Navy. Police should be allowed in our homes/businesses at any time for any reason.

Ive been a victim to police brutality and witnessed crooked cops on a few occasions...
It DOES happen and the crooked bastards get away with it all the time..Its no wonder why so many people HATE them. Everytime one gets whacked I celebrate!

Hey zverynuch - like to see you up against police in riot gear knocking on your door. Can't belive they did that on a Family Warrant, then denied it!!! They really need to start taking responisbility for their screw-ups.

I'm not so sure; I've heard stories of cops beating on people whom they think deserve it - like this guy who they thought was beating on his wife.

IT does not make sense that a cop shows up to a door knocks on the door finds the wrong person and just starts beating the hell out of him. Some thing had to of happened to set the cop off. Like telling and barring the cop lawful entry. It is hard to say because the so called victim of the police brutality has a reason to lie to get a big settlement from the cops.

Check out the Buddy Tavares kicked in the face video. Jan 7 2011, Kelowna. This is public because the video was shot and posted to Youtube.. If the video hadn't been posted there would be no investigation into wrongful actions by the RCMP. I wonder what Dept.
