This guy knows nothing about knees. I have torn my ACL, MCL on my right knee and had three scopes in that same knee. I tore my patella tendon in my left knee and it is a much worse injury than a torn ACL. A torn patella tendon especially at an older age is horrible, I tore mine at 34 and it will never be the same. Most sports are out of the question. This guy had a torn ACL and he thinks he is a Knee Guru, what a joke!!! Stop giving advice douche bag!!
