U know what is funny, after World war 2 the Germans reactec the same way as the Turks about the Armenians. Those Germans simply denied the holocaust ever took place. Some Germans could not imagine the extend of cruelty commited because Hitler was a master in covering up these crimes with fake decors and behind walls. The Turks certainly would question their ligitimacy of state and state affairs if the truth would be revealed. Armenian genocide took place and Turkey was responsible.

Racial comments will not help anyone see the truth. I believe it is important for the memories of the people who were massacred that we give them truthful recognition (i.e as victims of genocide) but Turkey's failure to recognize this tragedy as genocide does not mean that we racially attack the Turkish people in general. I'm sure there are significant groups in Turkey who believe it was a genocide. The Human Rights Association of Turkey recognizes it as genocide for example.
