it takes seeing the movie about five or six times,but you learn more as you see it more,watch the beautiful cinimatoghraphy,awesom,a cult film in my opinion.

You dont have to 'get' Vanilla Sky to realise how much of a mess it is.
It doesn't even take much to get it, technical support explains it all for you at the end (at least the most obvious interpretation anyway) leaving pretty much no ambiguity for the responder to come to their own conclusions.

With that said it still has a kickass soundtrack.
