One of my very favorite songs from one of my very favorite albums (R.E.M. 'Automatic For The People').

MiKriya: I coud not help but be curious about your post. I am very sorry for your loss. The same thing happened to me after my mother died in the early 90s. Eventually, time will help you get over your pain and sense of frustration. In the meantime, hang in there.

This song fits my situation right now. I don't get it. Why do families fall apart when the parents die? It could be a wonderful time, everyone pulling together to help their parent, and learning from ea. other. JMO

@MiKriya wonderfull wouldn`t be the appropriate word but i see what you mean.anyway i one could not see myself in that situation,and if it would happen,i one couldn`t be around anyone for a while.solitude help sometimes,and maybe that is why families fall apart.time heals and hopefully your family will get back toghether

keep the faith..
be proactive,, look for ways to keep your family toguether.
forgive and prepare to be forgiven.
remember , every day is a miracle.
