Both companies make amazing aircraft, it's up to the airlines which planes best fit their fleet. Personally I like Boeing a little better, but neither company really wins over the other at the end of the day.

Airbus wins by a little due the the better safety and it's made in Europe.

I do not know how Boeing develops its employees but skilled workers are scarce.

I think this competition is rather political. Both aircraft are equally good. In Germany, not even a painter cames in the vicinity of an aircraft without a 3-year training. Apprenticeship is 3 years and takes place at the company and vocational school. To successfully complete the training an apprentice makes an examination before the Chamber of Commerce. He must also provide some self-created masterpiece. Then you are graduated. Same goes for electricians, upholsterers ...

@TBGWTAAA A380 looks like a fat tube....747 has got nicer fuselage, than A380....I thing that 747 is the Queen of the skies.....Boeing 4ever...
