@Supernamekian1 Mate I don't want to be a hater but check what you're saying, Foucan has greatly improved parkour and its understanding through Jump Britain and Jump London, and enriches the spiritual side of the discipline.

free running is retarded. David belle is far more skilled than foucan, foucan is an idiot. if it weren't for David belle foucan wouldn't even know about parkour. anyone that thinks freerunning is cool is an idiot too. and likening parkour to skateboarding is bs.
