The Soviets used footage from Russian camps and claimed it was the Nazis. This demonizing of the Nazis was how the Soviets were able to take control of Eastern Europe and half of Germany. @bcnewsvideo Well in Hitlers case he brought all of Germany out of the great depression. He was also voted into power by Germany. With these two things he was actually loved by Germany because they had no idea what he was doing or planning to do.
