Ecstatica II - DOS 1996 - Starting gameplay

Ecstatica II takes place right after the ending of the first, where you saved the beautiful Ecstatica from the demon's evil clutches (good ending). However, riding home to relax, they're met with an unfortunate event that there's monsters everywhere! A gargoyle kidnaps Ecstatica, and it's up to you to get her back from the evil wizard. Be prepared though, as literally EVERYTHING is out to get you - this is even more merciless than it's predecessor. Good luck.

As requested on my previous Ecstatica gameplay video, here's gameplay from Ecstatica II. This game I haven't yet completed, and have no intentions of doing so quite yet either. Enjoy.

Is this game worth playing/getting? Ive ordered an 3 dos games in 1 package and this game is one of them. The ohters are Carmageddon (the reason why i ordered it) and X-com Apocalypse

I remember this game's demo was in my old blue CD, but that has gone bad and we put out that still 7 years ago.

Nice Graphic and gameplay. But it had sooooo many bugs, and that poor control :/.

Actually, the controls here are godlike compared to the predecessor. Here, you can run and turn right and left at the same time, something the previous can't do.

I played this game when it came out and never got around to completing it. I looked up a few walkthroughs but it seemed very short. In other words, I would have missed out on most of this beautiful game, upon completion. I am now purchasing the strategy guide from Amazon and intend on completing this wonderful game to the fullest.

I bought this at the time and loved the graphics and look of it. But I'm not a very good game player and never completed it; I remember getting stuck unable to find a key or something, and had to keep going back and got overwhelmed by the waves of enemies. For somebody like me, it was a very hard game. I also spilled beer all over the map and ruined it IIRC, which didn't help.

I just don't understand why nobody else has done graphics this way. They're very appealing compared to polygons.

man i remember that game.... freaking scary, one false step and the werewolf brown thingy would rip you in pieces, a lot of enigmas, was fun =)
