Strapping a pool buoy between my legs keeps my legs up behind me allowing me to do crawl without too much difficulty.

  • how did you get down from your wheelchair? and how do you go back?

  • @kalboneti I simply lean forward until my right hand reaches the floor and then lower myself gently to the floor whilst holding the chair with my left hand. To get back in I do the reverse. If you type 'paraplegic floor transfer' in the search above this should direct you to some footage.

  • Are you able to do breast stroke too? If you don't mind me asking, of course.

  • it s interesting. i had read an article saying that swim a stroke like that is harmful for paraplegic whose backbone has some titanium. we should swim back onto according to the article. i dont know whether you had backbone operations and have titanium on your back but have you heard about it?
