Pre-production work with Eddie Kramer on the Lost Souls track. Eddie Kramer gets into the pre production as the band works out on getting the song structures arranged with HIs suggestions and oversight ! Johnny shines the great improv ,fusion ,metal ,blues and hard rock gutar virtue that makes even the best guitar player's pay attention not withstanding , the arrangement/genius of Brian Stuart Fox who wrote the whole power trio album and this song ( specifically for Johnny's guitar virtueosity ) that never made it on that recording , should not be overlooked or cast to the side ! Warner bros. failed to do it's job with this band the A & R guy Rob Cavallo stole a thousand dollars a day out of the budget when we were recording at alpha studios in burbank and His Father was the manager .

Great to see someone with talent, passion and a true understanding of the physics of sound. I've had many of the same negative experiences in the music industry (and some great ones) but you've just got to accept the fact that there will be good and bad people, no matter what line of work you're in! @theshyguitarist The bridge was a 59 reissue from gibson and the middle and the neck were ;ate 60's gibson mini humbuckers .

Hey Johnny, how come this track didn't make the album? It's got the most insane solo. Also, why did the mix down on Guitar from Hell have just a bunch of feedback and dive bombs? I remember finding the cd and waiting for the guitar solo to break out into sheer riffage and it never really did... Esp. after listening to these vid recordings....
