  • hey, i dunno if you still sell these, but i have an MP620 and i was looking at getting a CISS for it, i see that you have the MP610 listed on your website, is it the same thing?

  • Hey,

The spacers you use to insert into the big tanks...do we always leave the spacers in them even if we don't use the printer? I know its for the air flow, but I don't want my ink to start flooding. Please let me know more about these spacers and whether if I should leave them at all times or not. Thanks!

  • Does the mp630 print on CDs/DVDs ?

  • ok, thanx a lot dude!!!! :)

  • yes but make sure you remove the canon sofatware that is currently on your laptop

  • should i try to install other cd than?

  • yes, your discs should be one for xp, one for vista.

the drivers on the vista disc are different to the ones for xp, so this could be the problem.

  • on my laptop original operating system was windows vista ,but now i changed it to windows XP...could that be the problem?

  • if it fails to print sometime, it is most probably because a print queu has built up.

its impossible to tell you what part of your software is not working properly without being sat in front of your lappy.

    try this:

remove all software related to your printer, off your laptop.

then put your disc in and reinstall it.

  • hi

it cant be anything to do with how far it is away fromyour laptop.

if it is printing slowly, it is that the data is being transered very slowly from your laptop.

this is something to dowith the software on your laptop, nothing to do with your printer.

a printer either prints, or it will not print, there is no in between.

so the problem is not the printer.

it is down to the data transferfromyour laptop. it is that which is failing, not the printer.
