ok
1: learn to talk - chicken and "stuff" does not contistute a meal.
2: This is what you eat after every workout - thats like a 12 dollar meal that will take >20 min of preparing and cooking. Thats gotta be expensive if u work out 3 times a week and do cardio 5 times a week, which is what you should be doing if ur trying to lose weight.
3: at least u know to put the chicken in first.
Im sorry but u cannot cook meat.

Well.. you put the meat first in it...then the veggies and at the end the spices and herbals.... otherwise the spices will burn and will taste awful :S

You were 'raised' with having flax seed oil on your vegetables? So let's say that was between 20-25 years ago... you must have been raised by the Jolly Green Giant and his wife healthy mc fealthy because I don't know of ANYONE who used flax seed oil regularly that long ago.

@thespecter2 I was born in 1985 and was eating vegetarian until I was 17. My parents were part of a co-op of farmers and health food stores in Seartle by 1987 which, YES, had flax seed oil, and all organic foods and bran muffins and wheatgrass juice and wheat germ and all that. It was very divey and "granola" and extremely off-beat fron mainstream culture at the time, but that's what it was.
