Were you born in the Yukon or did you move to the Yukon? What is life like in the Yukon besides snow and cold ? What kind of work or industry is in that area?

@mythic89 Work here is mostly in the mining industry and tourism.

@mythic89 I wasn't born in the Yukon but I was born and raised in the north. Generally we get tons of snow in the higher mountains but in lower elevations usually around 2 to 3 feet, but lots of drifting with high winds. We can get real cold. But I enjoy it. I can't take the heat of summer to well. We have seen as cold as -60c :o) Most winters between the beginning of Jan to middle of Feb. we can be anywhere from -20c to -50c!!!!!
