I'm not surprised you & others who've been treated like that are upset! What they did to you is assault! Even if they "have to" inject you after you refuse oral meds, 7 staff members on anyone, especially an adolescent or child is assault! I suspected this sort of thing still went on in this country, but this is proof! It's shocking! Did you tell your parents? If this was happening to a child or teenager of mine, I'd insist they were moved & press charges! I'm not blaming your parents though.

When I was in a psyche ward about a year and a half ago they only stuck me so they could take a blood sample, once in the ER and once when I was transported

medium secure, thats interesting. care to share why? i hope youre doing good anyway. and as a nurse, id hate to have to IM someone, specially someone at an adolescent unit
