Tobi is not Obito. I think he is related to Obito. for the reason that he tells kakashi that his black hole move won't work on him. people from the same direct family blood line in the uchia clan. can use the same move. and can cancel that move. for example sosano can only be used by sasuke and his brother.

i think tobi did give nagato the rinegan when he was little thats why he is connected to him and knew hew growed up he gave it to him so he can revive him in the future and the battle about the 1st hokage was just to get his cells so he can use the wood style and tobi is just a mixture of madars cells maybe the 1st hokages thats why its a zetsu and theres no blood beause if you go back zetsu can copy chakra cells and a whole body he did that with kisame to defeat the 8th tail.
