No they get themselves in, because there is another hunter who is working a job in this hospital and he calls for help.
A bit like in 'Folsom Prison Blues'

Even though the show is taking a break from being on the air, it doesn't necessarily mean that the production has stopped for the break too. They're allowed to get ahead on the show so that they can take time off later if they want. It's all about scheduling.
I don't know if that's actually what they did, but it's a possibility.

Jensen is marrying Daneel and there is talk that in Feb.2010 Jared and Genieve Cortese will wed. Maybe that is why the long wait...because the J's are getting hitched and this will be the last season too. JP and JA have already bought houses in L.A.

to anyone about this thought if it has EVER crossed ur mind, the reason they're taking two months is so Jensen and Jared and everybody else can be with thier families they need a break!

This episode is going to be awesome. I love that it's both of the brothers who are affected.
I mean, i suppose itsa good thing they draw it out, but three months is ridiculous. Maybe a month, and pushing it, two. Supernatural is gravely understated.
