Airline Customers, gotta love em!

As an airline customer service agent for a major US carrier, I see just about anything you can imagine on a daily basis. It seems when people come to the airport, their brains are sucked straight out, and cave man mentality takes over. Of course we are the ones there to deal with it. These stories are absolutely real, and the dialog is taken straight from real passenger encounters I have had. All except for the tazing at the end, but you know I had to add that. But the language, the stupidity, and all that is absolutely real! Enjoy this glimps into the encounters of an airline customer service agent!
