sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I don't know which belmont this is. There is such a thing as a castlevania wiki if you do a google search (a little different from simply going to the original wikipedia website) that might let you know. This is probably just some fan-made stuff. I've never known much about cosplay, so I won't say much else. he's using a dagger and couldn't be Alucard because I saw that guy giving the protagonist aid in an earlier clip.
