Idiotproof guide to fixing your blip woes:
1. Go afk for 10-20 minutes to let it completely load up. You should be able to view it perfectly after it loads.
2. Right click on the video and select 'Low Quality'.
3. If neither of these works, download it. A download link can be found at the very bottom of the video page, under the comments box.

If you can't be bothered to do any of the mentioned above, you're just going to have to wait 1-2 days when its up on Youtube.
